Avery Acres was initially a livestock farm long before the City developed around it.
In 1946 the farm was converted to a Manufactured Home Community.
A Mr. Avery founded the Community hence the name Avery Acres.
Avery Acres is a +55 age restricted Community. All homes are owned by the residents and many have been with us long enough to see great change take place in the City. We are located in the center of St. Petersburg close shopping, several major hospitals, and all the attractions St. Petersburg has to offer. Meet your neighbors at the Clubhouse for an event or challenge your friend to a game of shuffleboard. We invite you to come and pass the time with us.
