Lot Rent Payment

Notices were distributed individually in July regarding payment options. You have the option of setting up an autopay with RentManager. You will need your unique account number distributed to you to do so. This is the most efficient manner of payment and once your account is established you can view your payment history, and any work order history and status. It only takes a few minutes. You can also pay in person at Cashpay locations such as Walmart and that information was distributed in the Welcome Letter.

Alternatively you can mail your payments made payable to Avery Acres LLC. The mailing address is: Care of Michael Saviano, 6800 Gulfport Blvd. South, Suite 201-290, South Pasadena, FL 33707.

An introductory letter was sent regarding water sub metering. Separate notices will be distributed in late October regarding billing. The first billing month will be November and you will receive your first bill in early December. Southern Water Management can be reached at 1-800-304-9283. They offer epay options or you can send a manual payment.
