As of July 2021 the Community is under new ownership.

New fencing has been installed at the Community entrance, and the dumpster area improved.

The road has been resurfaced soon and the speed bumps at the entrance to the Community and at the Clubhouse have been raised.

New signage for the entrance is in the works and expected after the New Year.

Please remember that the dumpster is not for bulk items like furniture or debris from home renovation projects.
